Megan founded the firm in 2015 with a strong desire to help people and business owners plan smartly and comprehensively. Megan has used her unique experience of both working in a large law firm and handling matters for other small firms to help build a friendly and individualized experience for clients. Megan resides in Wilton and spends time mothering, working on home renovations, and practicing yoga.

Jessica joined the firm in May 2019 as a partner after gaining experience in Albany and Glens Falls. Jessica brings additional legal experience in elder law, estate planning and settlements, Medicaid planning and applications, adult guardianship, and special needs planning. Jessica helps clients achieve their planning goals and provides a sense of accomplishment. Jessica resides in Glens Falls and enjoys riding her bike or hiking with her husband in the Adirondacks and Finger Lake regions.

Miller began interning at Harris-Pero Legal Counsel, PLLC in October 2017 and after graduating from Skidmore College in May 2018 decided to join HPLC as our full time Legal & Customer Support Assistant and now, our Paralegal.
Miller has an academic interest in pre-law preparation as well as television and film in the post-9/11 climate. In her free time she enjoys riding her Morgan horse, Erica, and reading anything she can get her hands on.
